Golani Bashan Oak. Whisky Live Tel Aviv 2024 limited Edition. Local barley mash, wild 10 day fermentation, aged with Tabor Oak for 4 years, bottled at cask strength of 60%, 700ml only 100 bottles. A bit of funk from wild fermentation, sweet wooden notes and creamy mouthfeel from oak, lots of nutty grainy notes from local barley. Definitely not classic but will be appreciated by connoisseurs and whisky geeks. Lechaim!
